Contact form: name, business email, company, topic and message, to reply to your request.

Pre-assessment: business email, role, description of your application landscape and challenge, to generate the assessment and, if you wish, follow up with you. The text is sent to an artificial intelligence service solely to produce the assessment; it is not stored on this website.

Booking: handled by Calendly, which processes the information entered under its own privacy policy.

Your consent (pre-assessment) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (contact, booking).

Email exchanges are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract is in place.

Data is intended solely for BELM Conseils and its technical providers (hosting, email delivery, digital service, Calendly). It is never sold.

This website uses no advertising cookies. It stores in your browser the number of pre-assessments run (daily limit) and, temporarily, your latest result so it can be passed to the Contact page.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to contact@belm-conseils.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
